Mrs Irene ASANA Otu

Asana as she is famously known by all her and friends and colleagues was born to five brothers in Osu Ghana.
Her father was originally from Bourkina Faso but the entire family moved to Accra where they were all brought up and schooled until she left to attend college in the United Kingdom.

Asana came to the UK with the great intension of studying and making something for herself and her future. She enrolled in the Reading college of Arts and Design School. She completed her studies successfully and she returned to Ghana.

Asana took a job at the then International Tobacco Company in Accra Ghana. After being in Ghana for a couple of years she returned to the UK in 1988 to work. She took up job offers from various legal firms until she landed her job with the Trading Standards in Newham.

Asana was a wonderful daughter sister friend and mother. She left behind a Husband Mr Sam Otu and a daughter.

Asana's death was a terrible blow to all of her love ones especially her family and she is greatly missed every single day.

We always pray for her and continue to ask the heavenly father to keep her in his heavenly bossom.

May her soul rest in peace and her legacy live forever.
